Just bought used 06 115hp optimax on a nitro boat. The motor is not charging the battery. Volt meter shows voltage falling until battery is dead, then the motor stalls. Checked my connections they appear to be tight and clean. I haven't checked output of alternator yet but was wondering what else I should check
