What do I need to change the lower unit drive seal and prop seal on my Merc sea pro

Do I need to a special tool to remove the upper and lower gear case seals?

I remove the water pump and I am now at the seal but not sure how to remove it

Also, the prop seal - how do I remove this?

What specific parts do I need?
