Hi I'm very new to boating and have just bought a mercury outboard for my fairline 19 weekender I need help with finding date of my outboard so can find manual on the cowling it says mercury 40 and has blue band the sn says 9252130 under that it has b4822 Verviers Belgium could someone pls help me thanks in advance David in Lancashire England
