Optimax Fuel Pumps Won't Shut Off

I have 2001 twin 150 Optis and when I shut the keys off the engines stop but the port fuel pumps continue to run. Once I shut off the batteries they stop and when I turn them back on the pumps stay off.

Any idea what controls the fuel pumps on these motors or what to check first?

Probably need to check relay's and wiring.
