Merc 125 Fuel Problem

I have a 2000 carburated Merc 125 OB. The motor loses it prime when it sits for abot 1/2 hour. I also have a small amout of fuel leakage. Any Ideas? I've replaces the bulb and rebuilt the carbs...Once it runs it runs great.
