1946 evinrude

Hello there.I brought a evinrude as back up for my boat.Problem is i dont know anything about it(except its a 1946 2hp).But it goes.Was wondering what fuel mixture i should make it?

You asked for serial number a while back.It is 3540054.Merc 20hp 1985
I am sure it is fuel related,I only found 3 jets in carb,but carb was clean?It feals like it is in low ratio.As it is geting full revs,but would be lucky to do 15kms/hr.

The old OMC engine's used a 25:1 mixture.
Not sure on the merc, if fuel system ok then it may be losing fire on 1 cylinder.
