manual to electric start conversion?

I have a 2010? Mercury 20 hp. 4 stroke long shaft outboard motor that is manual start.

I'm interested in converting it to electric start if possible (old age sucks ), and wondering if there is a conversion kit available?

If not, has anyone tried doing it , and do they have the parts list required?
