1992 hp 60 Power Trim 0D182000 and up

Hi there,
i use the engine Mercury hp 60 1992 model:1060302MD and I am interested in
purchasing some parts for its Power Trim 0D182000 and up.
My problem is basically that the cylinder kit is losing oil from the top if that helps. If you could please
help me what parts i need,and where to find them . I would be grateful.
