'02 40 ELPTO Full Tilt-Up Bracket Question

Does a '02 40 ELPTO have a full up tilt bracket that can be used to relieve pressure on the hydraulic system---so tilt hydraulics won't leak down while moored in the water, for extended periods ?
My engine(new to me) is in winter storage and unable to get to it to verify.

Yes has pin that you push in to lock motor up.

Thank You.... I finally found it on the Parts Breakdown...It is a pull out, push in rod affair. I was looking for a flip flop lever, like I had on a Yamaha.
