I have a 2012 25 hp sea pro (Serial ON148894) This is a pull start motor. I am hoping I can hook it up to my deep cycle battery to charge and run my fishfinder and occasional LED lights at night. I am not looking to convert to electric start if not necessary as it is easy to pull start and not looking to spend more than I have to. Is it possible/capable to just buy a rectifier to hook this up for charging purposes and if so what would I need?
