Tiller Handle Converstion Kit question

Me and a friend recently bought an early 90's model 25 HP Mercury Outboard. This motor was originally a tiller handle model but someone converted it to a remote control type outboard to accommodate a console boat. We would like to convert the motor back to a tiller handle. My question is: Will the "shift tiller handle conversion kit" (Part number 822148A2) be all that we need to convert this motor back to a tiller handle? If not, what else will we need? Any help offered will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
