Broken plastic throttle actuator / 60hp 1986?

Plastic swivel connector at top of throttle linkage, under fly wheel broken. Can't seem to find a replacement in stick anywhere?
Any ideas on a quick fix, would a glue or epoxy hold this?

I've tried to find a part no. but can't find anything...belgium serial no. 9514678. I can find the throttle linkage up to the link rod and pivot screw but not what that connects to?
I've attached a picture if you're able to hell at all?
