I have a 1996 60hp mercury and when I trim it up it bleeds part way down and stops. It never used to do this. If there is no load (not underway) the motor can be raised all the way up and will stay in the up position. I have checked the hydraulic fluid and it appears to be full. Could there be air in the system? How would it have gotten in there? Anything else? Help please, thanks, Mike
