leaking blackmax 200hp

Pretty sure i have some of these words mixed up but hopefully the video will do justice any help much appreciated.

Hi need some help water coming out of places it shouldn't black max 200hp. Will new gaskets fix water coming out of bolt holes in video? And could I be missing seal in the adapter plate for the water to come out of top mounts?(swivel arm bracket to the midsection)

Whats the best way to tackle this?

Yes it is leaking around the head cover and base gasket, but if this is a saltwater engine then it could be the block is corroded and new gasket may not seal it. It could be very difficult to get bolts out without breaking them, use heat gun to heat up around bolts and use penetrating oil on bolts.
