Looking for a brain

I have a 2002 Mercury 115 exlpt that had been sitting for a long time when I bought it. I knew I was going to have to pay the mechanic some serious money to wake it up, but now I’m stuck. It needs an ECU and they’re not made anymore. Anybody got a clue where to look for one? The engine serial number is 0T586039. I’m hoping to get connected to someone who’s motor broke for non electrical reasons and has good ignition parts to sell. Or else I’m stuck with a big black anchor! Thanks for any ideas.

That is a Yamaha engine, might try a Yamaha 68V-8591A-14-00 ECU
