Mercury 2005 F 9.9 M Outboard - help identifying parts

1. I can't seem to find the fuel filter on the Mercury parts page .. can anyone direct me to the in-line fuel filter?
2. As I face the pull handle, choke, etc. there is a small rubber bulb (button) that you would press multiple times to prime the carburetor .. I cant seem to find that in the parts list. Can someone direct me to the part. The rubber bulb has deteriorated/split and needs to be replaced.
