Merc 60 4 stroke no ignition, no tilt

todag my mercury 60 efi stopped running while changing out of idle. When i went torestart the ignition was dead and the tilt did not work. The radio etc. still worked. Its a good battery with clean terminals. It is like there is a blown fuse. Where would i look?

There is fuses on motor, check to see if has blown fuse. Don't know what model you have but look next electrical box for fuses.
