1992 50 Hp Mercury outboard

Can anyone give me a part number of the trim relay?
The serial number is 0D174594. Every parts manual I look at list two separate relays (one for up and one for down)
This motor only has one located on the lower cowl in the back of the motor housing.The issue is the motor will trim up but not down.

The complete relay assemble is number 44 in this diagram,https://www.boats.net/catalog/mercur...1-3cyl/cowling.
You can replace just a relay without the whole assemble, the individual relay part numbers are 821509 which usually you end up replacing both.
