Mercury 225hp Optimax Year 2000

I have a Mercury optimax 225HP Year 2000

Problem 1: When revving more than 2000 rpm the alarm goes on and does the sound in the video of the link attached.

Problem 2: The motor wouldn't rev more than 4000 rpm but I guess it is the low pressure fuel pump as it read about 6 psi, I had a problem with the High pressure and I changed it and worked well, so I guess the second pump has gone.

Can someone help me please?

A continuous beep is overheating or oil pump failure which will cause rpm reduction. need to check oil pump. A 2000 opti low pressure fuel pump output is 6-9 psi.

The alarm isnt always continous sometimes it beeps every second for a short time and it doesnt do it everytime when the alarm does not beep it wouldn go over 4000 rpm.
