I just bought my uncles 25 hp mercury. The tilt tube is very corroded and frozen in place. I have found some new ones on this site that are stainless steel. These seem like the best replacement option. Is this a easy fix for me? It looks as though I could cut or file the tube out of the motor holes and slip the new one in place. Sounds easy but is it? Thanks alot John
