1986 25XE stator

I was switching the electric start from a 25XE over to a 25XD motor and came across three transformer looking copper "wraps" mounted on top of the stator.They are a seperate piece, but mounted on top of the stator ring. I don't see these shown on parts schematics. Can someone clarify them for me?

That sounds like the stator system, ignition coil, and auxilary coils.
