2010 175 leaking gas from vapor seperater over flow fuel pump working float not hung up every thing seems fine

Possible it's adjusted wrong or there is some dirt in the needle/seat.

Make sure the float is not filling with fluid (and is properly adjusted) and verify valve is properly seating.
