force 9.9 out board

hi there, im new to out board engines just picked up a small boat that has a force 9.9. trying to buy parts for it but dont know the year. the serial number i took off engine is 0E005347.if anyone could help me figure this out i would greatly appreciate it. thanks mike

is it normal not to have a air filter. dosent look like there is any room for one.

Yes, it is normal for no air filter, some of the new models have them, but not the older ones.
