I have a 2002 200hp mercury engine serial #0t565943. it will not get over 2200rpm it idles fine starts fine.it has very little vaccum on the bottom cylinders. this is what i have done. changed stator/both regulators/fuel lines/fuel ball/ plugs/ bottom carburetor/bottom reeds/ you can pull the plug wires off of the top 4 cylinders and it will kill the engine.this is 1 plug wire at a time. the bottom plug wires make no diffrents. you can put a spark plug on the wires and they will lite you up feels like high voltage.the bottom plugs look wet with gas. it has 130 psi of compresson. if you take the air breather off and hold a piece of paper in front of the top and middle carb it will suck the paper in them. you can put the paper to the bottom carb and it will barley suck the paper.i bought this boat and it would bog down sometime and then take off. now it will not take off. i could sure use some help as i am 3 hrs from a mercury dealer. thanks to all of you. Lester

Check your fuel pump, if you have a busted diaphram will make run very poorly. Could flood out bottom cylinders. If you can check your reeds too.Regards
