parts problem

I have a 2005 90 hp mercury i need parts for the ser # on my motor cant be found.....on this or any other parts site,anybody know why? Oh and yes i have double checked them at least a dozen times. When i say it cant be found i meant ....the number isnt in the datta base

What is the serial number you have, should start with a 1B........... or in that sequence. Serial number is also located on a freeze plug on the block.
