    1967 9.8 merc 110 serial number 2125270 at low idel water kida spits out of pee hole hot if i throttle up it come out in stream hot as well and some come out exhaust and from around the shrouding arround the pee hole and if its in low idel it dies in like 20 sec sounds like it miss fires i just put new water pump in it and carb kit and re ajusted the idel mixture screw 1.5 times same prob. i thik i need to take power head off and put new gasket inbetween the cowl. dose this sound like the prob to u if so where can i find the parts

    Could be a lean pop, which is fuel related. Verify no fuel is being shot out the carburetor throat. You should also check compression and spark.

      No fuel out of carb when running also when I pull cord has strong spark on both. Cylinders

        You would not see the fuel out of carb on lean pop. Would be a clogged air/fuel passage or adjustment.

          It also wont start when choked basically start for one second and dies there is fuel in the frunt of carb with choke on if I pull with choke off after doing this will start and run for a little bit and carb has no fuel in it at this point

            Oil seal

            Would a oil seal in upper bearing seal cause the running prob I removed it and found ground up rubber residue under it

              If air is being sucked in from around that seal, then it should run very high rpms at idle. Try removing and thoroughly cleaning carburetors.
