need help

I have a mercury 9.9 outbord long shaft made in belgium I want to place the controls from the tiller for throttle and shift inbord, is there a kit for such a motor? I have a shift box and cables from another boat.
Any sugest ?

Ps. dont know the year,but have serial#9425355, B4822 Verviers-Belgium

Couldn't find that serial number, here is one with serial starting at 9461526 but not sure is same as yours, 9.9 Mercury Outboard 9461526 THRU 9792199 REMOTE CONTROL ATTACHING COMPONENTS Diagram and Parts
