Does the 1395-9844a Primer/injector kit is compatible with the WMC-16 carburator of the 25 hp belgium serie?

2000 Sugar Sand tango 175 HP sport jet

I am having problems with my boat. I have cleaned my 3 carb and replaced the valve guides and fuel lines. I am getting great compression and fuel to the carbs. After I going through the carbs and cleaning everything up, I had put it in the water to test it out. I wouldn't start at first then I had to spray gas in it then it started and ran beautifully. Once when I turned it off to go fishing, I went to start it and it wouldn't start. I had to spray gas in it again. I think I may need a primer. Does anyone have an suggestions. This has been going on for a while now. It's coming close to the 4th and we have great weather now. Does anyone have an suggestions so that I can start enjoying my boat again?
