Power Trim

I have a 225 outboard and one of my moters power trims is not working. It has power and I can hear the pump working. There is fluid in the resevoir and I have not see any leaks.
Any suggestions?

May need to bleed air out of power trim system, raise motor up all the way, top off with fluid and unscrew manual release screw, allow outboard to go all the way down, lift it back up by hand and recheck fluid, repeat 2 more times.
