Remote for 25 (2 CYL.)(2-STROKE)(International)

Trying to convert a Sea Pro 25hp from tiller to remote. Serial #ON1xxxxxxxx.
I'm a bit confused. I see part #881170A 9 for the controls but the attaching kit part #853800A02 is showing as obsolete.

Is there a part number that supersedes #853800A02?
Or is there no option to covert this anymore?
Also, I dont see anything for the steering.

Unfortunately that part cannot be purchased in the USA, however is still currently available.

Another question please as I'm getting conflicting information.
Can #881170A or 881170A15 be used with the above referenced motor? I was told since the Sea Pro is a Tohatsu that the Mercury Marine control wouldn't work. Can you please clarify?

The number at the end is the length cable, so it would be the 881170a15
