Quicksilver control options

I have 16 ft forester boat I just picked up,1987-88 60hp mercury with a new head,I got from my friend who decided to take the controls apart when the throttle handle kept sticking,now all the springs and ballbearings fell out!oh no i said,what are my options for a good replacement?all help is appreciated

thats what i will do instead of repairing an old control,I see in the manual it is plug and play,I hope it is that easy!
