Starting circuit on 25hp 4 stroke

Please explain the starting circuit on the 25EL 4 stroke outboard. Where does the enrichener valve recive the power to activiate (stator)? What voltage is required to open the enrichener valve (AC or DC)? Is the circuit independent from the CDI?

The enrichment valve is like a thermo unit, when cold it closes and chokes carb. When engine starts it uses ac voltage from stator to heat up and opens enrichment valve.
