250hp efi rusted mount bolts how to remove

They (mount bolts) are rusted to the point cannot get any type of wrench to hold. Anybody know trick to quickly get these thing out? It is all four (4) 2 at top 2 at Bottom.

Unfortunately there is no specific proceedure and is not easy. You can cut them off, remove with vise grips (if possible), drill them out, really what ever means you have available without damaging unit.
