For motors in current production it is not hard to find the weight; from published specifications. However, I'm not sure where to find the weight of older 2 stroke motors.
Specifically, I have a 1985 35HP electric start motor. I think it weighs approx. 175lbs? I am thinking of uppowering and would like to know how much more the 4cyl 45HP and 50HP motors weigh.
