40 HP Mariner - changing lower engine mounting rubbers

I need to change the lower engine mounting rubbers on a 40 EL HP (1982) model mariner outboard but can't get the bolts out and the service manual I got doesnt cover it. Can anyone send me instructions and photos if possible. Would be greatly appreciated. regards Brad

If you are talking about the long bolt that goes through the mount, then may have to remove powerhead and loosen top mounts to get enough clearance to get bolts out.
