1979 20hp electric start conversion

i have a 20hp pull start motor that does not have teeth on the flywheel and was wondering if i can take the flywheel and starter off a 35 horse motor (close to the same year same blue stripes) and put it on my 20hp motor.

Never tried it, part numbers are different but don't know if will work or not.
