replacing fuel lines...........

should I stick with the Merc or is there an upgrade fuel line due to the Meth situation....I noticed the fuel line has a plastic yellow liner..that seemed to be breaking down...should I go with a 'non liner' fuel line

also fuel filter..........what is the best....

All the new hoses are the EPA low permeation hoses Mercury or other brands as well.
