60 hp EFI voltage drop

my volt meter dropped to 9 volts and the warning buzzer went off is this common when voltage gets this low? what gets me is i had a full charge when i went out .

Have battery load tested, check that battery cable connections are clean and tight. Test alternator output to see if charging.

The Warning buzzer will not go off for a low battery. You should have it checked out.
