2005 mercury 6hp 4 stroke no pee

Just replaced the impeller on my motor and still no pee..does the motor have to warm up the thermostat before water will flow? thanks for the help. It is cold today, may be the issue.

No does not need to warm up. You may have a clogged pee hose. (very commen)
