I have a Mercury 6 HP outboard with serial number OG222469. Can anyone tell me what the model year is? I purchased the motor used in 1999 and the booklet that I got with it was for Mercury outboards up to 15 HP. The copyright date on the booklet was 1994, but I thought the motor was a later model. Any help would be appreciated.
