Merc 650 Thunderbolt

I have an older 650 thunderbolt and am trying to figure out the year of the motor. Serial # is 7051353
Anyone have any idea??

Is it a 3 or 4 cylinder?I beleive it was made in 76.Deffently made in Canada though.

I dont know how ot read the chart right i dont think. But i beleive its a 75 model.. and i think a 3cylinder... made in canada

It is a 3 cylinder and I am in Canada so That would make sense. Thanks for all your help.
