New Mercury 25 FourStroke stalling

My new pontoon with a 2005 bigfoot 25hp ran fine for about 2 weeks. Recently, it started stalling at full throttle and at idle. The service dept is telling me 6-8 weeks to look at it. if someone has some suggestions on how to troubleshoot I would greatly appreciate it. it has a built in tank and I am priming the bulb until it is hard each time it stalls.

If primming the bulb keeps it running then it's a fuel pump or fuel restriction in fuel hose. check for water in gas and look at spark plugs to see if all running even and check compression if have a gauge.
