75 HP MERCURY- WON'T CRANK OVER

I have a mid 90's 75 hp Merc that will not turn over and also the power trim won't work. The motor is in nuetral and this is an intermittant problem. The battery is fully charged and all the other electrical items work fine in the boat. Have any ideas what to check? Any help is appreciated Thanks Steve

It's a matter of tracking voltage. Track the voltage starting at battery and trace back to find where it is losing voltage and dont forget the grounds.
