9.9hp to 15 hp
Hi,
I was told that you can convert a 9.9hp Mercury to 15 hp by replacng a 9.9 carburator with a 15hp carburator. Is this true and is it the only thing you have to do. My boat is underpower. What costs are involved? This is a new 9.9.
