Mercury 9.9 starter conversion kit

Is there a diagram or list of all the parts included in Mercury part #828003A1 (manual to electric starter conversion kit). I need to know what is included in the kit.

Also, I need a set of instructions for installing the kit. I am trying to recover from a bad Ebay purchase. Thanks for your help!
