my motor revs but prop dose not spin as fast as motor is going i pulled lower unit and can't fiend nothing wrong got any idea linkage maybe

check and see if your prop hub is slipping.

dose prop hub supposed to have rubber on it. it looks like it has melted rubber in slots

There your problem ,you need to get it rehubbed or buy a new prop.

1977 1150 prop

looking to get a new prop but all props start at 1978year and go up will it work or can some one tell me where to get one i have a 1977
